Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to supervise therapists and manage a case load in our growing practice in Massachusetts. This senior role may evolve into clinic leadership, with LICSW therapists encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field or related discipline.
• Licensure to provide weekly supervision in MA (LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/PsyD/PhD or equivalent).
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Weekly supervision of other therapists.
• Assess mental health functioning and diagnose; create and review treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families and school personnel.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per policy.
• Participate in community outreach and referrals.
