Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed LMFT to supervise and lead our therapy team in a hybrid clinic setting in Massachusetts. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop and monitor treatment plans, and maintain a robust caseload while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts LMFT licensure required.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing.
• Ability to submit documentation timely and maintain boundaries.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems.
• Ability to pass a background check and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other marriage and family therapists.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and maintain treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time status.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team.
• Submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
