Specialized Dispensing & Safety: Oversee the precise compounding, dosing, and dispensing of medications, ensuring rigorous safety standards across specialized patient populations.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Direct-consult with physicians, nurses, and care managers to streamline treatment plans and provide expert drug information to healthcare staff.
Patient Advocacy & Education: Empower patients through direct medication counseling, helping them safely navigate and understand their therapy regimens.
