This position involves outstanding customer service, client education, and animal handling to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent care for pets and their families. You will engage with clients, schedule appointments, and assist veterinary staff while working in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional references and work history.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients.
• Educate clients on spay/neuter services and wellness care.
• Schedule spay/neuter surgeries and wellness appointments.
• Answer phones and respond to client inquiries.
• Support veterinary and clinic staff during clinic operations.
