Job summary

MedMark Treatment Center in Albuquerque is seeking a courteous Full Time Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to maintain safety and order as patients arrive for treatment.

You will screen IDs, manage waiting areas, assist reception when needed, and report incidents to the Operations Director. The role requires a high school diploma, security training preferred, and a clean background. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in clinic/office.
• Security training or law enforcement background preferred.
• Ability to establish rapport with chemically dependent individuals.
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Protect employees and patients; maintain safety and order.
• Verify patient IDs upon building entry.
• Manage waiting line and ensure orderly flow to receive medication.
• Crowd control after dosing and assist reception as needed.
• Report incidents to Operations/Clinic Director; coordinate with authorities in emergencies.
