Job summary

Health Care Resource Center is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to maintain safety and order in our outpatient clinic. You will greet patients, verify IDs, direct queues, and assist staff while coordinating with leadership for incident reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma, security training is preferred, and a successful drug screen/background check. Join a team dedicated to opioid use disorder treatment and patient care in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 years’ prior experience in an office/clinic setting.
• Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is strongly preferred
• Able to establish a positive rapport with patients and must demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude toward the chemically dependent person.
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure protection of all employees and patients.
• Confirm each patient has an I.D. before entry.
• Organize waiting lines and manage patient flow in the clinic.
• Perform crowd control and move patients along after dosing.
• Prevent loitering and report incidents to supervisors.
• Coordinate with local authorities in emergencies as needed.
