Job summary

BAART Program in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to maintain safety and order in the clinic. The greeter may also provide backup receptionist coverage.

You will protect staff and patients, verify IDs, manage queues, perform security checks, report incidents, and support a respectful, non-judgmental approach to patients. Excellent communication and professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of office/clinic experience.
• Law enforcement or security training strongly preferred.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and maintain non-judgmental attitude.

Responsibilities

• Protect employees and patients and ensure a safe clinic environment.
• Verify that entering patients have valid IDs and maintain orderly lines.
• Perform crowd control and manage patient flow after dosing.
• Report incidents to Operations Director/Clinic Director and cooperate with authorities as needed.
• Provide receptionist coverage and maintain professional attire and badge.
