Health Care Resource Center is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Monitor/Greeter in Northampton, MA. The role focuses on maintaining safety and order within the clinic while potentially backing up reception duties.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant security training is preferred. A positive rapport with patients and a clean background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of clinic/office experience.
• Law enforcement or security training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect employees and patients.
• Verify IDs for patients entering the building.
• Create orderly waiting line and manage queue.
• Perform crowd control and ensure timely departure after dosing.
• Report incidents to Operations Director or Clinic Director.
• Contact authorities in emergencies and assist as needed.
• Provide receptionist coverage as required.
