Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate/GED equivalent.
• One year of similar experience in medical/therapeutic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and client appointments, manage variances and PTO.
• Record cancellations, reschedules and attendance to ensure treatment hours.
• Coordinate start of service with Intake and onboarding, from meet and greet to first day.
• Greet clients and families on arrival; answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Maintain daily clinic operations and HIPAA compliance.
