Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to act as the clinic face for clients and families. You will maintain accurate staff and client schedules, coordinate start-of-service for clients, and provide center operations support.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedule changes, onboarding new clients with Intake, greeting families, answering calls, and ensuring timely communications across the clinic and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in medical/therapeutic admin or customer-service role preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage permanent schedules and variances, including staff and client coordination.
• Record cancellations, reschedules, and time-off to ensure prescribed treatment hours are met.
• Communicate scheduling needs promptly; support center operations and onboarding of new clients.
