Qualifications

• HIPAA knowledge and ability to protect confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage permanent schedules and scheduling variances, family guidance, and meetings.
• Record client and staff cancellations, reschedules, and time off accurately.
• Timely execution of scheduling communications and tasks at the center.
• Coordinate trainings and onboarding for new clients with Intake.
• Greet clients and families; answer phones and route requests.
