• Coordinates surgery and procedural schedules with physicians, hospitals, and departments. Ensures room availability; required equipment, and medication are arranged prior to procedures.
• Informs patients with appointment details including date, time, location, and preparation instructions; schedules follow-ups as directed by physicians.
• Adapts to various changes and updates scheduling systems promptly.
• Maintains strong working relationships with patients, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a positive patient experience.
