Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Sales Manager in Centennial, CO to lead a high-performing team, close qualified leads, and drive clinic revenue through consultative selling and coaching. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional client experiences with robust marketing support and a no cold-calling approach.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with on-track earnings of $75,000–$95,000 in the first year, and full benefits as part of a national aesthetics brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle: consulting, closing, and customer retention.
• Continuously analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients and educate on laser hair removal.
• Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Proactively seek client reviews and referrals.
• Utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence.
