Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to close deals, exceed goals, and lead a high-performing team at our Denver (Centennial), CO location.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team (2–5) to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle - consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients.
• Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Seek client reviews and referrals and utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve goals and foster a positive culture.
• Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class service.
