Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Ann Arbor, MI to lead a high-performing team selling laser hair removal services. This consultative role focuses on converting qualified leads into clients, driving clinic revenue, and coaching others to sales success.

With a flow of qualified leads and strong marketing support, you will close deals without cold calling. Expect uncapped commissions and on-track earnings in the $75k–$95k range in your first year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and proactive client recommendations.
• Mentor and manage a 2–5 person team to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Active listening skills.
• Experience using various computer systems and software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle—consulting, closing, and retention.
