Qualifications

• 2+ years in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and proactive client needs anticipation.
• Ability to mentor a team of 2–5 employees to peak performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort using various computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage full sales cycle: consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Deliver engaging consultations to convert leads to clients and educate on laser treatments.
