The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator Clinic Manager in Texas. This full-time role requires open availability and offers pay of 45,000+ with performance bonuses.

You will manage daily clinic operations, front desk shifts, patient interactions, and staff development while driving sales and ensuring excellent patient experiences. Primary duties include supervising front desk staff, coordinating staffing gaps, enrolling patients in care options, and maintaining accurate reports

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled Wellness Coordinator shifts, managing patient check-ins, payments, phone calls, and patient flow (9:30am–7pm weekdays, 9:30am–4pm weekends).
• Explain memberships and packages, answer patient questions, enroll patients in care options.
• Lead, train, and support front desk staff while upholding clinic expectations.
• Take ownership of staffing needs, coordinating coverage for call-outs and scheduling gaps.
• Personally cover shifts when needed to maintain operations.
• Monitor sales, patient conversion, retention, and clinic goals.
• Ensure patient agreements, notes, payments, and daily reports are completed accurately.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and a welcoming patient experience.
• Address routine staff and operational issues, escalating when needed.
• Communicate staffing changes and performance updates to leadership.

We're seeking a dependable, sales-focused leader to manage daily operations at their assigned clinic while actively working front desk shifts as a Wellness Coordinator.

You will be the primary point of contact for your location-supporting staff, helping patients, driving sales, and ensuring the clinic is staffed and running smoothly. This role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to resolve everyday challenges independently.

Your Responsibilities

• Work scheduled Wellness Coordinator shifts, managing patient check-ins, payments, phone calls, and patient flow. (9:30am- 7pm during the week and 9:30am-4pm on weekends)

• Explain memberships and packages, answer patient questions, and confidently enroll patients in care options.

• Lead, train, and support front desk staff while holding the team accountable for clinic expectations.

• Take ownership of your location's staffing needs, including coordinating coverage for call-outs, absences, and scheduling gaps.

• Personally cover shifts when other coverage is unavailable and adjust your schedule as needed to maintain clinic operations.

• Monitor sales, patient conversion, retention, and other clinic goals.

• Ensure patient agreements, account notes, payments, and daily reports are completed accurately.

• Maintain clinic cleanliness, supplies, organization, and a welcoming patient experience.

• Address routine staff and operational issues, escalating concerns to leadership when needed.

• Communicate staffing changes, performance updates, and unresolved concerns promptly.

Schedule & Availability - Required

This position requires open availability throughout the week, including weekends, and the ability to work full-day shifts. Scheduled days may vary based on clinic needs.

You must be available to adjust your schedule and work additional or changed shifts when staffing gaps arise. You will be responsible for arranging coverage at your location and personally covering when necessary.

Applicants with limited availability or who require a fixed schedule will not meet the scheduling requirements for this position.
