Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a fast-paced outpatient clinic in Kokomo, IN. This on-site contract-to-hire role requires strong clinical skills, documentation in EMR, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of work (must be in good standing).
• If using a Compact license, it must be issued in your primary state of residence.
• No current or prior disciplinary actions.
• BLS certification (must not expire within 30 days of start date).
• Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER experience required.
• Candidates with LTC / SNF / LTAC / home health experience should not apply for this clinic setting.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• 1+ year related healthcare experience.
• Comfort using EMR systems (Epic preferred).
• BS degree in Nursing required.

• Support vaccinations, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing.

Pay rate: $58.80 an hr

Location: Kokomo IN 46901 (On-site / Patient-facing)

Role Overview

We’re hiring aRegistered Nurse (RN)to support a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. You’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and patient education—while documenting accurately in the EMR and collaborating with the care team.

Schedule / Coverage Expectations

20 hours a week

M-F 8:30-7:30 with 1 hour lunch

Sat 9-5:30 with 30 min lunch

Sun 9-4:30 with 30 min lunch

Schedules are built in 6-week blocks after training/orientation

Training is full time schedule for first 3 weeks.

Training/orientation: first 3 weeks(must be able to attend without interruptions)

Typical week:2–3 weekdays + every other weekend

Shifts generally fall within clinic hours and are~7–10 hours

Must be able to worksome major holidays
