Job summary

Trinity Health Davenport clinic is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to greet patients, manage the front desk and support patient flow. You will check in patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance eligibility, and enter demographics into the EMR and other systems.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma and strong interpersonal skills. We require BLS within three months of hire and completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the clinic front desk.
• Check-in patients and complete steps for efficient admitting.
• Answer and route phone calls; schedule appointments per guidelines.
• Obtain patient/insurance information and collect copays/deductibles.
• Enter demographics/insurance data into the EMR and related systems.
