Job summary

AMAZE ABA Therapy in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children diagnosed with autism. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on sessions.

You will track progress with accurate data collection and stay connected with the clinical team to ensure each child receives consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Reliable, professional availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism following individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions and track progress per plan.
• Support skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and encourage positive daily routines.
• Coordinate with supervising BCBA and clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
