Job summary

ISNIMARO LLC d/b/a Able Autism Therapy Services in Georgia seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental disabilities, including autism, in a clinical, in-person setting. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and contribute to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
• Prior experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assist clients with ADLs to promote independence.
• Collect and record data on client progress and responses.
• Teach social skills, communication, and coping strategies through structured activities.
• Provide positive behavior management to support safe, constructive behaviors.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
• Document care plans and assessments as required.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
