Healthcare-Alternative-Systems, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the NEXA clinic in Chicago. You will supervise nurses, counselors and admin staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support grant-linked goals.

You will develop KPI reports, participate in hiring and training, and coordinate with the Medical Director and QA team to improve service delivery and patient care. This role is onsite with a strong emphasis on leadership and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be IAODAPCA certified and CADC active.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, SAMHSA, CARF standards and regulations.
• Experience supervising clinical staff.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and assist staff in clinical matters and programmatic responsibilities.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and staff scheduling.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and staff training.
• Identify program needs and communicate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain required filings.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and program performance.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and QA staff on continuous improvement.
