Job summary

eBatiz Associates Inc. seeks an experienced RN to supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates in an Opioid Treatment Program. You will oversee the Mobile Medication Unit and participate in staff recruitment and evaluation.

Qualified candidates hold a NYS RN license, an Infection Control Certificate, and a BCLS card, with at least three years of RN experience and supervisory exposure. Proficiency with EHRs and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license and active infection control certification.
• Minimum three years' RN experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in substance use disorder settings preferred.
• Proficient with EHRs and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee OTP operations and Mobile Medication Unit.
• Manage controlled-substance inventory and reporting.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and evaluation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and CQI activities.
• Review staffing plans and timekeeping for payroll.
• Provide client education and oversee medication administration.
