Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve the quality of care for patients with Opioid Use Disorder. You will work with leadership to develop counseling skills and supervise clinical staff, maintaining documentation and supporting accreditation initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of management experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; licensure/certification per state requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in substance abuse or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and company rules within clinic budget.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff and maintain documentation.
• Support accreditation efforts and prepare for surveys/inspections.
• Foster community relations and ensure patient care quality.
