This clinic is dedicated to the assessment and treatment of psychiatric disorders with a particular focus on integrating metabolic psychiatry approaches into routine clinical care. The outpatient services will play a key role in supporting and complementing real‑world evidence on how metabolic interventions influence patient outcomes. As part of a comprehensive outpatient program, the Clinic Practice Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the clinic and a positive patient experience. Responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, greeting and checking in patients, managing patient communications, maintaining appointment and medical records, processing clinical documentation, and supporting patient flow throughout the clinic. The Clinic Practice Assistant will collaborate closely with clinicians, researchers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to facilitate outpatient visits, support research‑related scheduling and coordination activities, assist with patient‑facing administrative tasks, and ensure accurate and timely documentation. This position will be integral to maintaining efficient clinic operations as the Center expands its clinical and research activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Prior experience in a healthcare office or outpatient clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, scheduling processes, and general office operations is highly desirable.
