BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Roswell, GA. The PCC-I supports clinic growth through patient intake, front-office operations, and coordination with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask across multiple programs while maintaining a welcoming clinic atmosphere.
