You will rely on strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills to deliver high-quality service, verify patient information with two identifiers, and support the team with ongoing training opportunities and compliance with company policies.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office / call center / customer service experience preferred.
• Must multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be flexible with work schedule.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is helpful.
