Legacy Health in Portland, OR is seeking a Clinic Services Specialist (Clinic receptionist/Patient Access Specialist) to be the welcoming face of our clinics. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, register patients, and help with billing tasks while delivering exceptional patient care.

This role emphasizes accurate front-office operations, friendly communication, and teamwork with physicians and staff. A high school diploma and healthcare exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience or equivalent education in admitted areas preferred.
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient appointments with accuracy and care.
• Verify insurance and handle patient registration.
• Manage co-pay collections and balance daily/weekly deposits.
• Support front-office operations and serve as a resource for colleagues.
• Assist with limited coding and charge entry as needed.
