Job summary

Living Water Clinic – Clínica Agua Viva is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to provide daily operational leadership at Visalia & Porterville locations. You will oversee staff, optimize patient flow, and ensure a professional, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in a medical office setting, strong team leadership, and experience with EHR systems. This on-site role requires reliable attendance and a commitment to HIPAA and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and staff supervision.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Preferred leadership or supervisory experience (1+ year).
• Experience with Athenahealth/Athena EHR (preferred).
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and CMS requirements (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, breaks, lunches, and coverage.
• Monitor patient flow, provider schedules, wait times, and clinic capacity.
• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance patient experience.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff.
