Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a physician office setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement policies and programs relating to patient care, business, building maintenance and fiscal aspects of Specialty Clinics.
• Assist with budgets and supply ordering in coordination with the Manager.
• Recruit, interview and recommend candidates for hiring.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO requirements.
• Assist clerical staff to maintain patient flow and daily operations.
• Serve as a resource for Specialty Clinic staff.
