Job summary

Bloomwell ABA is seeking a charismatic Clinic Success Manager to lead non-clinical operations and create a productive, supportive environment for teammates, patients and families. This role is the second-in-command to the Clinical Director and focuses on ensuring the clinic’s overall success.

You will oversee scheduling, onboarding, attendance, morale, budgeting, hiring, and staff development, while maintaining high-quality care across the clinic and supporting ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the ABA industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills for daily family and teammate interactions.
• At least 1 year of experience managing or overseeing a large team of hourly employees.
• Ability to work 7:00am-3:00pm Monday - Friday and occasionally evenings/weekends for community events.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling new patient assessments and family tours.
• Handling new patient onboarding and scheduling.
• Monitoring patient and teammate attendance.
• Ensuring consistent and timely session note conversion.
• Leading the clinic's morale committee and team engagement activities.
• Supporting budgeting, hiring, training, and performance initiatives.
• Planning community-focused events each quarter.
• Managing the clinic schedule for ongoing schedules and coverage needs.
• Ensuring maintenance of facility, technology, and therapy materials.
