Job summary

Bloomwell ABA is seeking a charismatic Clinic Success Manager to lead non-clinical operations of the Garner clinic. You will be second-in-command to the Clinical Director, ensuring a productive and engaging environment for teammates and patients.

The role includes scheduling, onboarding, attendance, morale support, budgeting assistance, and community events, with a 7:00am–3:00pm schedule and a $60,000–$75,000 annual salary. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree from an accredited university.
• Healthcare environment experience strongly preferred.
• ABA industry experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and impeccable interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year managing or overseeing a large team of hourly employees.
• Ability to work 7:00am-3:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends for community events.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patient assessments and family tours.
• Handle onboarding and scheduling for new patients.
• Monitor patient and teammate attendance.
• Ensure timely session note conversions.
• Lead the clinic's morale committee and organize team-building activities.
• Assist in budget oversight, hiring, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Plan community-focused events each quarter.
• Manage the clinic schedule for ongoing schedules, callouts, and coverage needs.
• Ensure proper maintenance of facility, technology, and therapy materials.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new staff to ensure a strong team foundation.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Track clinic revenue, expenses, and financial performance with leadership.
