Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a charismatic Clinic Success Manager to join as second-in-command to the Clinical Director. You will oversee non-clinical clinic operations, create an efficient, productive, and engaging environment for teammates, patients, and families.

Responsibilities include scheduling, onboarding, attendance, note conversion, budget support, staff training, and quarterly events. This role requires a 4-year degree, 2+ years in healthcare, and ABA exposure.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree is required.
• 2+ years in a healthcare environment preferred.
• ABA industry experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills with families and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patient assessments and family tours.
• Handle onboarding and scheduling for new patients.
• Monitor patient and teammate attendance.
• Ensure timely session note conversion.
• Support the clinic morale committee and off-site events.
• Assist in budget oversight and staff hiring/training.
• Plan quarterly community events for caregivers and patients.
• Manage the clinic schedule, calls, and coverage needs.
• Oversee facility, tech, and therapy material maintenance.
• Lead regular team meetings and provide performance updates.
• Mentor staff and promote professional growth.
• Track clinic revenue and expenses with leadership.
