Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy seeks a charismatic Clinic Success Manager to lead non-clinical clinic operations, ensuring a productive, efficient, and engaging environment for teammates and patients alike.

This role is second-in-command to the Clinical Director, coordinating scheduling, onboarding, morale activities, budget oversight, and staff development to drive the clinic’s overall success.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited university required.
• At least 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• ABA industry experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a large hourly team encouraged.
• Ability to work 7:00am–3:00pm Mon–Fri; some evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patient assessments and family tours.
• Oversee onboarding and scheduling for new patients.
• Monitor patient and teammate attendance.
• Ensure session notes are consistently and timely documented.
• Support CD with budgeting, hiring, and performance initiatives.
• Plan quarterly community and caregiver events and team activities.
• Oversee clinic revenue, expenses, and financial performance with leadership.
