Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or administrative support preferred, ABA industry a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ownership-minded approach with initiative and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for daily family and teammate interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and partner with the Clinic Success Manager.
• Maintain schedules, on-time session notes, and onboarding materials.
• Onboard new teammates with gifts, binders, and training materials.
• Update profiles and attendance data in scheduling and EMR systems.
• Distribute monthly attendance reports to families and caregivers.
• Audit data accuracy and monitor certification expirations.
• Lead new teammate orientation and coordinate welcome communications.
• Assist with supply orders and bonus eligibility processes.
• Own designated operational areas and escalate when outside guidelines.
