The ideal candidate has a degree and experience in healthcare, with strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills. The position offers a salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 annually along with substantial growth and recognition opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in the ABA industry is preferred.
• Ability to manage a large team of hourly employees.
