Massage Envy Stillwater is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to partner with the Clinic Manager, lead the Front Desk Sales Associate team, and help drive membership and retail goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to coach others.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising or leading small teams.
• Experience in sales or memberships a plus.
• Massage Envy experience preferred or similar wellness/retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with Clinic Manager.
• Lead Front Desk Sales Associate team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive membership and retail sales and clinic performance goals.
• Lead by example to provide outstanding member/guest experience.
• Onboard, train, and coach employees for growth and success.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and tasks.
• Ensure policy compliance and professional, welcoming environment.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Foster a positive culture and support clinic mission.
• Step in to lead when Clinic Manager is unavailable.
