Summit Spine & Joint Centers in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee general clinic and ASC operations across Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson locations. You will set goals, policies, and systems that drive efficiency and patient care excellence.

You will lead process improvement, staff training, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with physicians and administration to support company growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical operations experience
• Willingness to travel to all assigned locations
• Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee general clinic and staff operations, establishing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the department
• Project manage initiatives directed by leadership, contributing to process improvement and P&L growth
• Serve as liaison between leadership and employees, promoting staff performance improvement through training and evaluation
• Contribute to development and implementation of structured employee training programs for clinic staff
• Partner with physicians and Administration to ensure standards, regulatory requirements and workflows support the company mission
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Scheduling to ensure adequate staffing across locations under your purview
• Coordinate with 3rd party services to ensure continued company operations
• Gather, analyze, and report data for fiscal and statistical analysis
• Additional duties as assigned
