Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers seeks a full-time Operations Manager to oversee clinic and ASC operations across Charleston, SC and Myrtle Beach, SC. You will lead goal setting, policy implementation, and staff training while ensuring clinical standards and regulatory compliance within a multi-site practice.

The role requires travel between locations, proficiency with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks), and strong leadership and communication talents to drive performance and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year clinical experience required.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general clinic and ASC operations, establishing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the department.
• Project manage initiatives directed by the Director of Clinic Operations or COO, contributing to process improvements and P&L growth.
• Serve as liaison between leadership and staff, promoting performance improvement through training and evaluations.
• Develop and implement structured training programs for all clinic staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and Administration to ensure clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing across locations under your purview and with HR.
