Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee clinic and ASC operations across Georgia and adjacent states. You will establish goals, policies, and systems, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality patient care while supporting company growth.

Travel to multiple locations, train personnel, and coordinate with HR and leadership to align with regulatory standards and optimal workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to all locations in GA, NC, SC and TN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general clinic and staff operations, establishing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the department.
• Project manage initiatives as directed by the Director of Clinic Operations or COO, contributing to growth.
• Serve as liaison between leadership and employees, promoting staff performance improvement through training and evaluation.
• Develop and implement structured employee training programs for all clinic staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and Administration to ensure clinical standards and workflows support the company mission.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure adequate staffing for all locations under your purview.
• Coordinate with 3rd party services to ensure continued operations.
• Gather, analyze, and report data for fiscal and statistical analysis.
• Additional duties as assigned.
