Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers seeks an Associate Director of ASC Operations to lead daily operations across our Georgia-focused surgery centers. You will drive policy implementation, process improvements, and staff development within a multi-site ambulatory surgery network.

The role requires extensive healthcare operations experience, strong EHR familiarity (EClinicalWorks), and travel across ASC locations. Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare operations management experience required.
• Experience using eClinicalWorks strongly preferred.
• Prior Pain Management experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory certification processes preferred.
• Ability to travel to all ASC locations, as needed, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily ASC operations across the SSJC portfolio, concentrated in Georgia.
• Project manage initiatives directed by the VP of ASC Operations or COO.
• Develop and implement long-range plans focusing on employee growth.
• Participate in staff selection and training of ASC staff.
• Participate in staff supervision, performance evaluation, merit increases, and disciplinary actions.
• Serve as liaison between senior leadership and employees to communicate performance feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians, mid-level providers, and Administration to ensure standards and workflows.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of de-novo surgery centers.
• Serve as liaison between ASCs and external agencies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
