Job Title: Clinic Operations Manager (Short-Term Assignment)

The Clinic Operations Manager (Short-Term Assignment) is responsible for managing all aspects of patient care operations and employee engagement, with the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical and clinical services that exceed customer expectations and support clinical operations.

Requirements

This is a short-term assignment. Immediate hire required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Organize and oversee patient operations and procedures; control correspondence; review and place supply requisitions; assign and monitor staff functions.
2. Follow, adhere to, and implement established and new standards and procedures.
3. Set and assign work schedules to ensure adequate staffing meets operational needs.
4. Coach and performance manage team members aligned with performance expectations.
5. Review and summarize information, identify trends, and report issues to keep management informed.
6. Escalate developing and emergency situations to the Director of Clinical Operations.
7. Ensure compliance with Mia Aesthetics’ policies and procedures related to internal controls.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence, including safety, security, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Audit compliance with Mia Aesthetics' timekeeping policies and procedures.
• Model and champion Mia Core Values.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative leadership role with direct reports in a clinical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (must be maintained).
• HIPAA and OSHA certifications preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
