We Are Hiring
  • Department: Ascension Travel Program
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
  • Location: Remote with travel required
What You Will Do

Direct the travel operations team by ensuring the team meets expectations and goals. Oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure alignment with national policies and procedures.

  • Oversee all aspects of licensing, education, and credentialing processes to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and standards after initial onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline and enhance these processes.
  • Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and proactively adapt operational procedures accordingly.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability as the program expands.
  • Lead and implement change management initiatives to optimize operational workflows and improve overall performance.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide comprehensive provisioning support, ensuring the timely and efficient allocation of necessary resources.
  • Develop and implement a robust system for conducting thorough end-of-assignment evaluations.
  • Analyze evaluation data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
  • Manage pay rates within HR system to ensure payment is accurate from assignment to assignment
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation-related information.
  • Facilitate strong onsite collaboration with hospital and market leaders to ensure program alignment and success.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for operational matters with external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences
  • At least 5 years of experience in staffing operations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with license, education, and credentialing
  • Experience working at an external agency
