Clinic Operations Manager (Short-Term Assignment)

Role Overview: The Clinic Operations Manager (Short-Term Assignment) is responsible for managing all aspects of patient care operations, employee engagement, and demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical and clinical services that exceed customer expectations and support clinical operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and oversee patient operations and procedures; control correspondence; review and place supply requisitions; assign and monitor all staff functions.
  • Follow, adhere to, and implement established and new standards and procedures.
  • Set and assign work schedules ensuring adequate staffing to meet operational needs.
  • Coach and performance manage team members aligned with performance expectations.
  • Review and summarize information, identify trends, and report issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate developing and emergency situations to the Director, Clinical Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Mia Aesthetics' policies and procedures related to internal controls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence, including safety, security, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Audit compliance with Mia Aesthetics' policies and procedures.
  • Model and champion Mia Core Values.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and emotional intelligence.
  • Business acumen with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and medical terminology.
  • Technologically savvy with multiple applications and online platforms.
  • Physical dexterity and stamina to actively participate in the clinic environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative leadership role with direct reports in a clinical setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; HIPAA and OSHA certifications preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
