Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care seeks an Office Manager for the Powell office. The role directs overall operations, leads staff, and ensures efficient workflow in a medical office setting.

Responsibilities include recruitment, training, payroll oversight, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent patient experiences. Collaboration with physicians and the COPC corporate team is expected to drive quality and financial success.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and preferably an associates or bachelor’s degree.
• Three or more years of office management experience in a medical setting is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with EMR systems are desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and HR-related communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate overall office operations.
• Recruit, orient, train, and evaluate staff; manage schedules and workflow.
• Oversee payroll entries and HR data submission to Corporate HR.
• Maintain patient service standards and collaborate with physicians.
• Coordinate accounts receivable and billing issues with Revenue Cycle.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and labor laws.
• Support policy communication and corporate initiatives across departments.
