Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or related field preferred.
• RN, LPN, MA, or Certified Dental Assistant background desirable.
• Current BLS certification (training provided upon employment).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring safe, efficient patient care.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and provide coverage as needed.
• Monitor patient flow and satisfaction; support productivity goals.
• Develop and oversee the clinic budget; manage expenses.
• Lead monthly meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments for coding, billing, and workflow alignment.
• Safeguard PHI and ensure policy compliance.
• Promote community involvement and participate in safety drills.
