Job summary

Chicago Family Health Center seeks a Clinic Manager to lead clinical operations, supervise non-provider staff, and align day-to-day activities with CFHC policies and patient service goals.

Under the Director of Operations, you will recruit and train staff, manage schedules, monitor budgets, and drive quality improvements across the center.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in supervision and healthcare management, and strong written and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervision and clinical experience.
• Proven experience in a healthcare management role.
• Exceptional writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and produce quality written materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy; discretion with confidential materials.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce the organization’s mission to staff in written and oral communications and actions.
• Identify opportunities and problems with leadership; drive decision-making and problem-solving in practices.
• Recruit, train and assist employees to achieve customer service and performance goals.
• Supervise Patient Service Representatives and other staff; arrange schedules for full coverage.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are carried out at the health center.
• Assist in development and oversight of CFHC policies and procedures with Clinical Lead Provider.
• Adhere to budgetary and productivity expectations for assigned offices.
• Participate in community educational or awareness programs.
