The role supervises PSR/CSA staff and other clinical support, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, patient services are optimized, and policies are implemented under the Director of Operations. Strong written, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years supervision and clinical experience.
• Proven healthcare management experience.
• Strong writing, organization, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic abilities.
