Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospital/healthcare administration, clinical or related field.
• Five years of healthcare admin/leadership experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, supervision, retention, and evaluation of department staff.
• Develop staff through mentoring and performance feedback.
• Ensure department budget compliance and cost controls.
• Coordinate interviews for administrative support and staffing decisions.
• Lead process improvements and department initiatives.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations.
