Alpine Physician Partners is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of one or more medical clinics, aligning front and back-office activities with clinical and financial goals while ensuring patient and staff engagement.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, billing, budgeting, compliance, and process improvements, partner with the lead physician, monitor KPIs, and drive safe, compliant, and cost-effective clinic operations.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change in healthcare.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality patient service and staff support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of office management practices.

Mansioni

• Oversee front and back-office administration including hiring, scheduling, reception, billing, and procurement.
• Review financial data to identify cost trends and help implement improvements.
• Own P&L performance for clinics in the area of responsibility.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to improve efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Drive performance improvements across key KPIs.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compliant clinic environment.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and staffing.
